Recruiting for our 2010 season

We will shortly be looking for part time and casual staff ready to start work at Easter.  We havn't started interviewing yet but if you'd like to send us your details now by e-mail to denise@tweddlefarm.co.uk and we'll hang onto them and be in touch in the new year.  We'll need your contact details and a cv - or if you're still at school details of any work experience that you may have had that might be relevant.

Requirements are as follows:-

Must be 15 years old or over

Must be able to work weekends and school holidays (on a rota)

Must be flexible and be able to adapt to various circumstances

Must like animals and children

Musn't mind getting dirty

Must be able to follow instructions

Must be polite and pleasant and be able to work with a smile

The wages will meet national minimum wage and will be paid in arrears.  Hours are normally 9am till 5pm on weekends and school holidays.

Any sucessfull applicants must be willing to perform some or all of the following tasks:- feeding animals, cleaning out animals enclosures, handling and feeding animals with our customers, keeping the work place and the farm in general clean and tidy, working in the cafe or catering van, working in the shop, supervising children in our play areas, giving pony rides (only applies if the applicant has equine experience).  As the farm is always developing these tasks are liable to change and develop also.
