- PLEASE BRING ALONG YOUR FACE COVERINGS TO WEAR IN ALL INDOOR AREAS.
- Please ensure when booking, you are following government guidance. From 12th April (at the earliest), outdoors groups of 6 people or 2 households are allowed to meet up but indoors it is still restricted to 1 household or bubble.
- EVERY person aged 2 or over visiting the farm needs a reservation. Anyone arriving without a reservation is not guaranteed entry.
- If bringing children aged 1 and under, please let us know using the note / comment box so we can update our numbers.
- You have 45 minutes from your booked time slot to arrive e.g. for a 10am time slot you can arrive between 10am and 10.45am. Anyone arriving early or late is not guaranteed entry.
- Anyone with a voucher or a season pass, please telephone 0191 5863311 to book your time and date.
- ALL TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
