2021 General Admission Booking Terms and Conditions• When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd and you. A contract does not exist between you andTweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd for the sale of any tickets, until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.• Opening hours, events and offers are subject to change, and at times it may be necessary to restrict access to certain facilities. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our website and admission kiosks, we strongly advise checking the relevant details before you arrive.• The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes – there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.• ALL guests wishing to visit Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd, are required to pre-book their admission ahead of their visit. This includes Annual Members and children Under 2 years of age. Please print your ticket or be prepared to present your Order Confirmation on your device, prior to arrival at Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd.• Members must present their Membership Card upon arrival at the Farm.Guests purchasing Disabled and Carer tickets will be required to provide proof of disability and proof of carer, and guests over 60 years of age may be required to present proof of age.• Guests will be required to book an arrival time.This arrival time gives you a 45 minute window to arrive, for example, if you book 10am – you can arrive between 10am and 10.45am.You are then welcome to stay until we close at the end of the day.• Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. Tickets are only transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time if you contact Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd directly on 0191 5863311 at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, however we will make all reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date. Tickets may not be resold.• Annual Members are required to book in advance by calling 0191 5863311.If they need to cancel their booked slot they are required to call 0191 5863311 to cancel.Failing to show, or failing to contact us to cancel will result in a black mark against their pass and may result in a refundable deposit being taken for future bookings.• It is essential that Guests and Annual Members arrive only during their 45 minute window. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals. Please note that if all other sessions are fully-booked, you may be asked to return on another day.• Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only.• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry to Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd.• Tweddle Children’s Animal Farm Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry.
